Limitless Physiotherapy mainly operates as an out-of-network provider. Our model is intentionally built around uninterrupted time with your physical therapist instead of shared appointments, rotating clinicians, or delegated portions of a visit.
Working directly with each patient allows the examination, hands-on care, education, and exercise during the visit to remain individualized and responsive to what we find together.
We are in-network with CareFirst BlueCross BlueShield plans. There may still be deductibles, copayments, or coinsurance as your cost-sharing requirement under your specific plan. Please call us so we can verify your specific plan benefits with you.

If your insurance plan includes out-of-network physical therapy benefits, it may cover part of your care. Plans that may offer those benefits include:
Employer plan designs and benefits can change. We highly recommend contacting your insurance company to ask whether your current plan covers out-of-network physical therapy. At Limitless Physiotherapy, you receive uninterrupted time with your skilled physical therapist, every time. Hands-on treatment, education, and exercise are selected and adjusted throughout the session. The number of visits and your response to care will vary.
Limitless Physiotherapy is not enrolled in Medicare and does not furnish or bill Medicare-covered physical therapy services. If you want your physical therapy to be covered by Original Medicare or a Medicare Advantage plan, please choose a Medicare-enrolled provider.
Medicare is different from ordinary out-of-network commercial insurance, so we do not provide Medicare claims or superbills for self-submission. If you are seeking a service that may fall outside Medicare coverage, please call before scheduling so the service can be reviewed first.
Please complete the intake forms through the secure patient portal. Bring loose-fitting shorts, a T-shirt, and a sports bra or tank top when appropriate so the clinician can access the areas that may need hands-on treatment.
Please also bring any relevant imaging reports or medical documents. If you have not completed the intake forms before your visit, allow approximately 15 additional minutes.
Dry needling uses a thin, solid monofilament needle to precisely access selected muscles and trigger points that may be contributing to pain, guarding, or restricted movement. At Limitless, the response is reassessed and connected to movement or loading whenever appropriate. Treatment, alternatives, and relevant risks are explained before you decide whether to proceed.
